This is an action brought in a Justice’s Court for the recovery of certain personal property. The complaint did not allege the place from which the property was taken. No objection was made to this in any form, but the defendant filed his answer, and upon issue being joined the trial proceeded, resulting in a verdict and judgment for the plaintiff, from which the defendant appealed to the Circuit Court. Before proceeding to trial in the last-named court, the appellant filed a motion for judgment of dismissal, upon the ground that the facts stated did not show that the court had jurisdiction…
