Plaintiff Joyce Cardozo, as administratrix of the estate of Patricia Wlasiuk, presently moves for summary judgment on her cause of action seeking to compel the determination of claims to certain real property pursuant to article 15 of the Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law. Specifically, plaintiff seeks a judgment declaring that defendants Peter J. McBride, Esq. and Frederick J.
