*546Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Dowling, J.), rendered November 12, 2003, convicting him of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review an order of the same court (Tomei, J.) dated October 30, 2003, granting the People’s motion for reargument and denying that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress certain physical evidence recovered from an automobile, which had previously been granted after a hearing.
