venue: change porior*1 courts: nonresident defendant. • The Corn Belt Telephone Company owns and operates a telephone system in the city of Oelwein. In Novemher, 1916, the city brought an equitable action in the superior court to restrain said telephone company from putting into effect an alleged proposed increase in its rates or charges for telephone rentals, such propose’d increase being, as the petition alleged, contrary to and in violation of a city ordinance theretofore enacted, as well as in violation of an agreement or contract entered into between the company and the city.
