(Concurring in Part and Dissenting in Part). — It was my understanding, that by our opinion and the conclusion reached when this ease was here before (59 Ida. 716, 87 Pac. (2d) 461 et seq.) we affirmed the decree of the district court in denying the divorce and reversed the decree in so far as it attempts to dispose of the community property; and we thereupon said:

“the only question on remand being the amount of the award for separate maintenance and care, custody and support of the four minor children.’’
