Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (G. Goldstein, J.), rendered July 12, 1988, convicting her of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree (two counts) and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up *629for review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress physical evidence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Kings County, for further proceedings…
