STORY, Circuit Justice.
This is the case of a suit in equity, and has been argued with great ability and learning on the merits by the counsel on all sides, at the hearing at the present term. The facts are very complicated, the documents very voluminous, and the evidence in various parts in direct conflict. The questions of law, too. involved in -the cause, are not a few, and some of them not without difficulty or novelty in their actual application to the circumstances of the cause.
