Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Albert P. Williams, J.) rendered May 14, 1991, convicting defendant, after a trial by jury, of burglary in the second degree and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of 3 to 6 years, unanimously reversed, on the law, and the matter remanded for a new trial.
