Plaintiff’s decedent, while walking across a street in the city of Grand Rapids, was struck by an automobile, driven by the defendant DeVries, and sustained injuries resulting in his death. The trial court directed a verdict for the defendant General Motors Acceptance Corporation on the ground that no legal liability attached to it for the negligence of DeVries. He also directed a verdict for DeVries. Plaintiff seeks review of the judgment entered by writ of error.
