This is an original application to this court for an order fixing the amount and conditions of a supersedeas undertaking on appeal. The facts, briefly stated, are:

This action was commenced in the District Court of Cass county. The defendants demurred to the complaint on the ground that it did not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action. The trial court *281overruled the demurrer and on appeal to this court the complaint was held to be sufficient. Langer v. The Courier News, et al., 179 N. W. 909.
