Appellant Sharon Marion appeals the dismissal of her suit against Town and Country Mutual Insurance Company and the granting of Town and Country’s motion for summary judgment. We find no error and affirm.

Appellant purchased a home from Jim Walter Homes a/k/a Mid-State Homes, Inc., and executed a promissory note to Mid-State Trust IV (Mid-State) on December 28, 1992, secured by a mortgage to Mid-State covering the purchased property.
