Before the Court is a motion for class certification of a proof of claim filed by William Jones, Blanch Jones, Eugene Oda and Linda Oda (collectively “the Claimants”). The Debtors objected to certification of the class proof of claim. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23(a) and (b) as made applicable by Bankruptcy Rules 7023 and 9014, and for the reasons set forth below, we grant the motion to certify the class to permit the filing of a class proof of claim.
