Gernon, J.:

Darold R. Shoptaw appeals his convictions of three counts of rape for engaging in sexual intercourse with his 13-year-old daughter, J.S.

Shoptaw raises three issues on appeal: (1) the omission of a multiple acts unanimity instruction, (2) the denial of discoveiy of or an in camera review of psychological records of the victim, and (3) the refusal of a request for a psychiatric examination of the victim.
