Contrary to his pleas, appellant was convicted by the military judge sitting alone as *708a general court-martial for dereliction in the performance of his duties by willfully failing to deliver an Incident Complaint Report to his legal officer and two separate instances of soliciting homosexual acts by Airman L and Airman H in violation of Articles 92 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 892, 934, respectively.
