In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., defendant appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered March 9, 1977, which is in favor of the plaintiffs, upon a jury verdict. Judgment affirmed, with costs. Plaintiff-respondent Joseph A. Gilliard, Jr., while operating his automobile, struck the side of one of the defendant-appellant’s trains at a crossing of the train tracks and a public highway.
