Appellant, a Colorado corporation having its office at Denver, accepted eighteen applications (sent to it by Dan Dewberry) for loans on real estate at Texarkana, Arkansas. It sent by mail its bank check on appellee, located at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, for the full amount of each loan to Dan Dewberry at Texarkana. He maintained an office there and was in the real estate and insurance business. The several dates of the checks and their remittance began August 11, 1926, and ended March 25, 1927.
