|gThe plaintiff appeals a judgment dismissing his claims after a jury found he was not injured in an automobile accident. We affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

A vehicle operated by Burleigh Ruiz backed out of a parking space and hit a vehicle occupied by the plaintiff, Eurie Marie. Ruiz said he was going slowly and the impact “was so little, I didn’t hardly feel it.” In contrast, Marie said Ruiz was traveling about twenty to thirty miles per hour at the time of impact.
