These consolidated cases are before the Court for decision following a one-day trial on damages held in Washington, D.C. on October 11, 2005. At trial, the Court heard testimony from three witnesses. Kevin Murphy, the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Administration of SteelCloud, Inc.
