In a proceeding pursuant to CELR article 78, inter alia, to enjoin the respondents, Faul J. Feiner, as Town Supervisor of the Town of Greenburgh, and the Town of Greenburgh, from acquiring any portion of the property known as Taxter Ridge, the petitioner appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Molea, J.), entered November 12, 2003, which granted the respondents’ motion to dismiss the proceeding on the ground of lack of standing, denied the petition, and dismissed the proceeding.
