Pincus Bros., Inc. seeks relief from the automatic stay, which motion is opposed by the debtor and the official committee of unsecured creditors. In essence, at issue is the nature of a licensing agreement between the debtor and Pincus, a corporation that is the “sole and exclusive licensee of the right to use Bill Blass’ name and trademark ... in connection with the manufacture and sale” of men’s apparel.
