Plaintiff sued her husband, Gus Walder, the defendant herein, for a separation from bed and board, and for the care and custody of her minor children, Sam and Sylvia Walder; said children being of the issue of her marriage with defendant. She obtained judgment, granting her the separation and the care and custody of said minors. Later she sued for and obtained a divorce. After the separation from bed and board had been granted, and before the divorce had been obtained, plaintiff and defendant entered into an agreement by which they par titioned the conpnunity property.
