Levine, J.(1) Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Harlem, J.), entered April 13, 1989 in Broome County, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to annul a determination of respondent finding petitioner guilty of plagiarism, and (2) cross appeals from an order of said court, entered June 16, 1989 in Broome County, which, inter alia, denied respondent’s motion for renewal or reargument.
