¶ 22. With appropriate respect for the Majority, I am compelled to dissent from its ultimate resolution of this case. The Majority claims that the chancellor did not issue a permanent injunction, but in language less than artful, merely continued the preliminary injunction by improperly styling it as a permanent injunction. On that basis, the Majority holds that this case should be remanded with instructions to continue the preliminary injunction.
