(After stating the foregoing facts.) The action in this case was not alone a suit in ejectment, but the plaintiff, as ancillary thereto, prayed for injunction, the appointment of a receiver, and other equitable relief. The nature of the present petition and its prayers are authorized by the uniform procedure act, as embodied hi the Civil Code of 1910, § 5406, which is as follows: “The superior courts of this State, on the trial of any civil case, shall give effect to all the rights of the parties, legal or equitable, or both, and apply on such trial remedies or relief, legal or equitable, or…
