Plaintiff brought this action for the collection of real estate taxes for the tax years 1969, 1970 and 1971 from the individual defendants (hereinafter taxpayers), who are the beneficiaries of two parcels of land held in trust by the corporate defendant. The trial court reduced the amount sought by the amount of the interest claimed, entered judgment for plaintiff, and ordered the judgment satisfied after defendants paid the full amount of the judgment.
