MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This is an appeal from the Bankruptcy Court’s Order 1 approving a settlement agreement (the “Settlement Agreement”) between the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (“PBGC”) and the Trustee of Wolverine Proctor & Schwartz, LLC (the “Debtor”), 2 Lynne F. Riley (the “Trustee”). In approving the Settlement Agreement, Judge Feeney overruled objections filed by a putative creditor and former employee of a predecessor to the Debtor, Peter A.
