Witherwax, to rescind jy trade in real estate, wherein the complainanFexehanged a farm, consisting of one hundred and twenty acres of land in Whiteside county, and a lot in Sterling, for three hundred and twenty acres o'f land in Adams county, Wisconsin. The bill charged fraud, on the part of defendant, in the description of the character, quality and value of the Wisconsin land, and upon this ground, mainly, a rescissipn of the trade was prayed for by the complainant.
