Before the Court is the motion for summary judgment of the Pennsylvania Game Commission and its Commissioners (Commission).
On September 7, 2010, the Unified Sportsmen of Pennsylvania, by and through its members (Sportsmen), filed a petition for review in the nature of a request for declaratory judgment and equitable relief (petition) in this court’s original jurisdiction.
