Before the Court is the motion (the “Motion”) of Crossroads ABL, LLC and Crossroads Financial Services, LLC (collectively, “Crossroads”), pursuant to Bankruptcy Code § 1112(b), to dismiss the Chapter 11 petition filed by debtor Quad-C Funding LLC (“Debtor”).
