This case arises from a Workers’ Compensation claim wherein an employee, Karen D. Ricaud (hereinafter “Plaintiff’), of Holloway Sportswear (hereinafter “Defendant”) seeks compensation for injuries to her right arm allegedly sustained through repetitive motions performed during the course of her job.
