Defendant-appellant, Carole Ann Gregg, appeals from the property settlement provisions of a 1982 divorce judgment which terminated her March, 1978, marriage to plaintiff-appellee, Rodney R. Gregg.
In this case, the parties stipulated that the breakdown of the marriage was attributable equally to each and that, consequently, fault was not a factor in arriving at a fair and equitable property settlement.
