This was an action on a life insurance policy. Judgment was for the plaintiff. Defendant appeals.

The petition stated two causes of action, but since a demurrer of defendant was sustained to the second, and no appeal was taken from the ruling, no attention need be paid to it here. In the first cause of action after the formal allegations the petition alleged that a policy of life insurance was issued to Quilty for $5,000 on February 17, 1925; that the policy provided that any unpaid premiums required to complete payment for the current…
