This is an action for damages by appellant on account of injuries sustained by her as a result of an alleged negligent act of a servant, agent, or employee of the Indianapolis Street Railway Company. Such injury occurred on October 7, 1928, and on April 18, 1930, which was prior to the bringing of this action, George E. Forrey, Jr., was appointed as receiver for the Indianapolis Street Railway Company.
