*617Defendant Andrew Tinney appeals from a judgment sentencing him to a term of 100 to 129 months imprisonment based upon his convictions for attempted murder, secret assault, and assault with a deadly weapon upon a governmental officer. On appeal, Defendant argues that the trial court’s judgment should be vacated on the grounds that he was precluded from obtaining the benefit of the bargain inherent in his plea agreement and that, in the alternative, his guilty plea resulted from deficient representation on the part of his trial counsel.
