This suit was filed by Dean F. Burgess and wife, Betsy Burgess, plaintiffs in the trial court and appellees herein, against the Pacific Greyhound Lines, Inc., R. W. Lee, doing business in the trade name of Leeway Stages, and the Wichita Falls Bus Company, defendants in the trial court, the first named defendant being the only appellant herein.
