The action was one by dependents for compensation for death of a workman. Plaintiffs recovered, and defendants appeal.
The company was engaged in the business of developing mineral resources of leased land and producing mineral therefrom. In the prosecution of this business, drilling rigs were erected. On occasion, a derrick would be torn down, and salvaged material would be used in another place, necessary new material being furnished by the company.
