Appellee sued appellant upon a certificate of insurance for §1,500, which amount was to be paid to him in the event of his total disability, or to his wife in the event of his death. There was an attempt to serve appellant by leaving a copy of the summons with its subordinate lodge as its agent. In disposing of the questions properly before us on this record, it is not necessary for us to decide, nor do we decide, whether or not the subordinate lodge is the agent of the grand lodge for the purpose of serving process, or whether,…
