On January 10, 1922 (Laws 1922, c. 1) the Bingham ‘Co-operative Marketing Aot was passed by the General Assembly of Kentucky and approved by the Governor. It was enacted largely as the result of the efforts of men interested in the improvement of the agricultural industry in the state.
