Paul W. BROSMAN, Judge:

This case raises a problem in the military law of confessions. Following the accused’s trial by a general court-martial, he was convicted under three specifications of larceny — in violation of Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC § 715. He was sentenced to receive a bad-conduct discharge, and as well to total forfeitures, confinement at hard labor for two years, and reduction to grade of private.
