Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Lewis Bart Stone, J.), rendered May 13, 2004, convicting defendant, after a *202jury trial, of burglary in the second degree, kidnapping in the second degree, and robbery in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a persistent violent felony offender, to two consecutive terms of 25 years to life concurrent with a term of 3V2 to 7 years, unanimously affirmed.
