WINTERSHEIMER, Justice.

This appeal is from a decision of the Court of Appeals which affirmed a judgment based on a jury verdict which had convicted Anastasi of five counts of sexual abuse in the first degree. He was sentenced to a total of five years in prison.

The questions presented are whether it was reversible error to permit a nonprose-cuting witness to testify that he was raped eight years prior to the trial; whether the admission of testimony from another non-prosecuting witness as to alleged sexual misconduct was improper; whether the failure of the trial judge to admonish the jury was…
