OPINION OF THE COURT

This is a special proceeding pursuant to article 78 of the CPLR and article 16 of the Election Law seeking an order (1) directing the Board of Elections to change the voters who reside at 10 Pinesbridge Road, Maryknoll, NY to the 14th Election District in the Town of New Castle from the 25th Election District, Town of Ossining; and (2) directing the Board to notify the voters immediately that their polling place has been changed.
