for the Court:
¶ 1. Charles Anthony Weary appeals the Marion County Circuit Court’s dismissal of his motion for post-conviction relief (PCR). Finding no error, we affirm.
FACTS
¶2. On December 12, 2005, a Marion County grand jury indicted Weary for armed robbery under Mississippi Code Annotated section 97-3-79 (Rev.2006), and for theft of a motor vehicle under Mississippi Code Annotated section 97-17-42 (Supp.2012).
