Reversing.

The appellant, John Canada, Sr., and three other persons were indicted, charged with the crime of malicious shooting and wounding another with intent to kill. He asked for a separate trial, which was granted him. On his trial he was convicted and his punishment fixed at two years in the penitentiary.
