This is a suit brought by the plaintiff under the Employer’s Liability Law (Act No. 20 of 1914, as amended). Williams Bros., Incorporated, a corporation organized under the laws of the state of Nevada, was carrying on the job of building and constructing a gas pipe line in and through certain parishes in northeast Louisiana during the year 1930.
