Elmcrest Realty Co. v. Zoning Board of Review

' This petition for certiorari was brought by an applicant for certain building permits to have this court review a decision of the zoning board of review of the city of Warwick revoking the permits previously issued by the building inspector. Pursuant to the writ the pertinent records have been certified by the respondent board to this court.
