This is an original proceeding to prohibit the respondent Charles E. Ginn, Judge of the Circuit Court of Lawrence County, Missouri, from assuming jurisdiction of an action, entitled “Leonard Housley and Frances Housley, plaintiffs, v. Oral H. Mc-Cubbin, as Personal Representative of Harry Robertson, Deceased, defendant,” wherein plaintiffs seek damages for the alleged wrongful death of their minor daughter, Barbara Housley.
