This is a motion to vacate “ the judgment docketed in this court in the above entitled action on the 13th day of October, 1931,” and to set aside “ the garnishee issued on said judgment against the defendant’s wages.”
On September 9, 1931, a purported judgment was rendered by the City Court of Lackawanna in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant.
