Defendant Travis Robinson moves pursuant to Criminal Procedure Law § 440.10 (1) to vacate the judgments of conviction under superior court information No. 108-01 for assault in the second degree (SCI 108-01), and under superior court information No. 1666-03 for attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (SCI 1666-03).
