MEMORANDUM OPINION

ROGER M. WHELAN, Bankruptcy Judge.

This proceeding involves a complaint filed by the plaintiff, Lillian Williams, to determine the dischargeability of debt under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2). The plaintiff, in her complaint, alleges that the debtor, Loumis S. Taylor, falsely and fraudulently represented to Mrs. Williams (the creditor) that he would assign his right, title and interest in a contract to purchase real estate at 317 Crittenden Street, N.W., Washington, D.C.
